Paint Kolorit Argentic

Innovative Antimicrobial Paint. Matte, highly washable acrylic-based paint.

Intended for painting plastered, concrete, brick, and other mineral surfaces, as well as drywall, fiberboard, particle board, and surfaces previously painted with water-dispersion paint.

Designed for repainting surfaces previously coated with latex or alkyd paint (after preparing the surface according to the application instructions). Excellent for painting textured surfaces, fiberglass wallpaper, and other paintable wallpapers.

Recommended for initial and maintenance painting of walls and ceilings in living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential areas, as well as surfaces requiring high resistance to washing and wear. Suitable for children's rooms, hallways, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, catering facilities, and the food industry (non-food-contact surfaces), HoReCa, high-traffic areas, etc.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Composition
Water dispersion of acrylic copolymer with mineral fillers, pigments, functional additives, and silver-based bactericide. Uses raw materials from the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

Consumption per layer
Up to 10 m²/l, depending on application method, surface preparation, and surface absorption capacity.

Solid content
Approx. 52% by weight.

Density
Approx. 1.36 kg/l.

Thinner
Water.

Application method
Apply with a roller, airless or air spray, or brush. Application recommendations are specified in the "Painting" section.

Drying time at +23 ºC and 50% relative humidity
Dust-free — 30 minutes. Next coat can be applied after 1-2 hours. Drying time increases with lower temperatures and higher relative humidity. Maximum coating strength is reached in 28 days.

Finish
Matte (DSTU EN 13300:2012).

Color
Base A — white, tintable only in light and pastel colors. Can be tinted according to "Tikkurila Symphony," "Monicolor Nova," "NCS," "RAL," and other catalogs. It is recommended to verify color accuracy before application.

Abrasion Resistance
Class 1 wet scrub resistance (DSTU EN 13300:2012).

Chemical resistance
Withstands periodic cleaning with cleaning and disinfecting agents, as well as light cleaning with certain solvents (alcohol, white spirit).

Heat resistance
The finished coating withstands temperatures from -40ºC to +80 ºC.

Storage
Prevent paint from freezing! Store and transport at +5ºC ...+30ºC in the manufacturer's tightly closed packaging. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging.
